Why Should You Use A Travel Consultant?

This is the number one question that we are asked these days,

“Why should I use your agency instead of booking on the internet?”

 My response is simply; “We are here for you when something doesn’t go right!”

 Everyone knows that the worst experience is a bad experience on vacation,

and if you make a reservation on the internet, who do you go back to and

resolve the issue?  What many people do not understand is that we are

agents for the suppliers.  A supplier cannot under sell us, and they do not

charge you more to use our services.

 Additionally, we are agents for you as well.  We are the “go between”

and look out for your best interests, and while we may not offer the

cheapest option, we strive on providing you with the best value.

  Translated, best value means we provide you with the most of what you

are looking to do on vacation for the best dollar value, and while this

might not be the cheapest option, it will give you what you are looking

for on vacation. 

Yes, we do charge service fees depending on the level of service that is

required, and which is in line with the industry standards.  Just as you

would pay an attorney for legal advice, you would pay us for travel advice. 

However, since the suppliers pay us, most fees are covered, and we will

always quote with our fees included whenever we provide a rate!  No Surprises!
